Registered nonprofit, NGO, healthcare system, or government agency in good standing.
Mission alignment reviewed
Operations include disaster response, medical aid, or facility support. Sign-off from HRA program team.
Primary contact verified
Named ops lead with working phone and email. We've actually spoken to a person.
Code-of-conduct accepted
Acknowledged HRH usage terms: no PHI sharing outside permitted channels, accurate self-reporting, no fundraising solicitation.

A richer profile with category depth, regional coverage maps, depot inventory, and response-tier commitments is on the roadmap. We're not at the network size where that detail earns its keep yet.
For now, partners self-describe in free text when claiming a need, and HRA ops matches by hand. The badge is enough trust signal for v1.
